Veronica Jimenez, provides oversight and leadership. She has an M.A. in Public Administration from CSU, Long Beach, and a B.A. in Sociology/Administrative Studies from UC Riverside. Veronica has over 16 years of experience working with low-income families, and over twelve years of experience in Boys & Girls Clubs. 


Prior to coming to the Club, she was the VP of Operations for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson for 8 years and prior to that, served as Director of Development at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the South Bay. She has extensive experience with staff recruitment, training, and program implementation and management. Veronica is seen as leader in outcome driven programs and program evaluation within the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA). She was one of three presenters at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Pacific Region Conference in September of 2012 for the “Formula for Impact 101- The Basics to Help You Succeed” session. She has been one of thirteen BGCA trainers for the Formula for Impact (FFI) Outcome Measurement Strategy. Veronica is a Board Member of the Harbor Community Clinic. She is a member of the BGCA Professional Association Sierra Madre Chapter since 2008; she has served as the Director of the Operations Committee since 2010. At BGCA's Leadership Conference in January 2015, Veronica was named the Pacific Region's Professional of the Year.
